What to Report:

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Harassment, bullying, or discrimination
• Health and safety breaches
• Misuse of resources or confidential information
• Any conduct that could harm the organisation or our communities
• Confidentiality

Reports can be submitted anonymously, though providing your contact details helps us follow up if needed. All reports are handled with discretion, and your identity will be protected wherever possible.
