Delivered in collaboration with MentorWise Charity

At Fellowship Education Society, we believe education is about more than academic achievement. It also plays an important role in character development, cultural connection, and social growth.

Through our mentoring programme, we support students in Year 7 and above with guidance in both their academic and personal development.

During mentoring sessions, students meet regularly with peers in their age group to discuss human values, moral principles, and cultural heritage. These sessions help young people build confidence, strengthen their sense of identity, and develop empathy and belonging.

Students also benefit from group study support in subjects such as Maths and English, helping them improve their academic performance and feel more confident in their learning. In addition, each student is matched with an individual mentor who monitors their progress and provides personal encouragement and guidance.

This programme reflects our wider commitment to helping young people become well-rounded, confident, and responsible individuals who can contribute positively to their communities.
